As much as I keep running away from buying more nude lipsticks, this one just looked too good to pass up. Another new addition to my nude lip collection is from Jouer and it’s their limited edition lip trio Jet-Set Le Nude Mini Lip Kit which is perfect creating that on the go pout.
This lip trio was well packaged in a brown box that nicely housed the products and kept them intact.
It also had detail gold accents that transitioned into the packaging of the products. Another handy feature is the magnetic closure that keeps everything secure while traveling.
There are three parts to this lip kit:
Full size Creme Lip Liner in ‘Nude’
Mini Long Wear Créme Liquid Lipstick in ‘Au Naturel’
Mini Lip Topper in ‘Star Dust’
This pieces can be worn individually or together to create a unique look. The lip liner is soft, creamy and very easy to apply. It was also easy to blend with your fingers to create that seamless look.
The long wear lip creme was very pigmented and provided full coverage. The only thing is that it took a bit for it to dry down and can be splotchy if you rub your lips together before its completely dry. When it does fully dry down matte, it kinda felt a bit uncomfortable on the lips so I would prefer not to wear this one on it’s own.
The lip topper can definitely be worn on it’s own. It’s a beautiful peachy, corral, rose gold shimmer color that is just gorgeous. I have to say that the lip topper is what makes the look.
When placed on top of the lip pencil and lipstick it transforms the look into something magical.
