I know I have probably said this before but the truth is that I never stop searching for products. I’m always on the hunt for liquid lipsticks that give me comfort and long wear time, and like for most of us, this task is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I guess trying to get comfort and wear time in one formula is too much to ask for until I tried Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipsticks for the first time. Everything about this lipstick definitely took me by surprise. Their formula is opaque and feels very comfortable on the lips.

I’ve read mixed reviews about the lipsticks before and I thought that the only way for me to find out what’s going on is for me to try it out for myself. Luckily, I was able to find a mini lipstick set called the To Me Lip Set that includes four mini long lasting liquid lipsticks.

Their packaging is on point with a sleek square shaped clear tube where you can see the color.

I just love that. Sometimes one of the worst things I could encounter when trying to find a matching lipstick for my outfit is having the need to remove the cap to see what the color actually is. The way these lipsticks are packaged eliminates that with the see through tube.

It also has the well known Ofra logo on top of the white cover on each lipstick.

The doe foot applicator was actually decent as well. There was nothing really unique about the shape but I didn’t have any issues when it came to applying the lipstick.

These lipsticks are also sweet smelling which I don’t mind at all as I don’t have any sensitivity issues in relation to scent. The only thing that would’ve bothered me is if the scent was overpowering. That could sometimes be a turn off for me but if you’re sensitive to scents you may want to pass on these lipsticks.

There are a great variety of colors in the set from mauves, pinks and reds, plus there are more available in full size options.

I thought that this set was perfect for me to try out instead of purchasing full size lipsticks and end up not liking them. The good news is that I did end up liking these lipsticks…a lot.

Now let’s get into the swatches:

The four shades included in the To: Me Lip Set are Charmed (Rosy Mauve), Unzipped (Mauve Pink), Rendezvous (Watermelon Red) and Milan (Deep Cranberry Red).

How they are different from other matte liquid lipsticks that I’ve tried is that they are not a quick drying formula. Now, there are definitely positives and negatives to this.

The negative to that is that the lipstick will not last as long. These lipsticks took more than five minutes to completely dry and if you decide to eat and drink within that time your lipstick will transfer. But what would you rather have? Dry crusty lips or comfortable, seamless looking lipstick? I think we all know the answer to that.

The positives are that, it not being a quick drying formula, makes it way more moisturizing and comfortable on the lips. Normally quick drying formulas tends to quickly emphasize the lines in your lips making them crusty and unattractive.

Charmed

This shade is described as a rosy mauve and I would say that it definitely swatched like that on my arms but on my lips it was a little bit more rosy than mauve.

Unzipped

Unzipped is described as a mauve pink shade which I thought was pretty true to color.

Rendezvous

This is a super fun summer shade that is described as a watermelon red.

Milan

Last but certainly not least is this amazing cranberry red shade that is sexy and statement making in one.

Overall these are definitely worn trying out if you’re having a difficult time finding liquid lipsticks that are drying and not so comfortable.
