Rihanna’s new Chill Owt Collection recently launched and it’s definitely looking icy hot. I picked up Fenty Beauty’s limited edition Snow Nights Frosted Metal Lipstick 3 pc set as the colors looked interestingly different from what I already had in my own personal collection.
The set contains three frosted metallic lipsticks in the colors Fog Snog, No Chill and Frost Sauce.
Each lipstick is 1.9g
According to the description, the lipsticks have a
“Crisp Metallic Color, Fresh Frosted Finish”
The packaging was nicely put together with a the box having a shiny holographic finish which was consistent with the metallic lipsticks.
On the inside of the package there is a cute little convenient mirror under the lid so that you can apply your lipstick on the go.
The actual lipstick packaging itself is a reflective dimensional work of art.
No Chill
The formula for this shade was extremely creamy and comfortable on the lips.
The color came off as a navy blue on my skin tone and it reminded me of her Summer Nights Lip Gloss in Mermaid Thighs.
You can definitely see the metallic finish and the frosty effect you get when the lights reflect off of it. It was not drying at all on the lips which was a plus for me.
For being a navy blue shade, I was surprised that the color did compliment my skin tone really well.
Frost Sauce
This shade was not as creamy as No Chill but did a good job of evenly covering the lips.
The color came off as a metallic bronze color with some sheen. I would say that this color is definitely more wearable especially for someone who is not comfortable with wearing metallics as the color is more toned down compared to No Chill.
It has more of a nude brown metallic finish when swatched.
This color is not as lout as the No Chill as it comes off subtle with a touch of metallic shimmer.
Fog Snog
Fog Snog came off as a grey metallic on my skin tone that is very different from other shades that I have in my collection.
It’s definitely not a shade that would be my first choice but the color is unique in a good way.
It surely swatched true to color as a metallic gray shade.
These lipsticks are definitely not your everyday lipsticks but more for a once in a while or special occasion or party type of event. This one almost looks silver when the light reflects off of it.
However, the reflective finish on these lipsticks are amazing. They gleam and shimmer like a glow in the dark stick.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
