September’s Boycharm has landed and it’s all about the wild flowers? But how wild is this box this time around. With last month’s box being a bit of a disappointment for most people, we’re hoping that September’s box will redeem last month’s abomination.
Boxycharm is a monthly beauty subscription box that features 5 to 6 full size products.
This month’s theme is Wild Flower!
Cost – $21 monthly with free shipping
The combined total of the beauty products in this month’s is $119. Not the most expensive box I’ve received but definitely not the lowest either.
The theme is Wild Flower and the card featured some beautiful women looking young, fresh and carefree.
The products included in this month’s box are:
Pretty Vulgar – Nightingale Smokey Eyeshadow Palette
What’s so different about this palette compared to the rest of my collection is that it is a cool toned palette which will be awesome for creating soft, glam looks.
It’s a 12 pan palette encased in a castle-like design with matte, shimmer and satin shades to create some diverse looks.
The colors were not as pigmented on my skin tone as I would’ve liked it to. Most of them looked a bit gray on me. The colors that showed up the best on me were the shimmer ones Clutch and eye Spy. Silver spoon was also a decent swatch. These also had the best consistency to me with a very smooth finish. All Nighter had a lot of fall out and felt very crumbly.

Laura Geller – Baked Blush – N – Brighten in Tropic Hues
I’m definitely a huge fan of blushes as it’s an effortless way to add a flush of color to your face. This one from Laura Geller is so pleasing and yummy to look at with swirls of pigments that kind of looks like ice cream.
It swatched pretty pigmented on my skin tone and a little goes a long way.
It even comes with a mirror attached that is always awesome and practical for when your on the go.

Alamar Cosmetics – Ojitos Brush Set
Like I’ve mentioned before, you can never have too many brushes in your collection. Brushes are like the main staple to create any makeup look and no makeup lover will complain about having too much brushes.
Alamar Cosmetics is definitely not new to Boxycharm, I did enjoy their eyeshadow palette that we received in the Caribbean Queen Boxycharm, and like the palette, the brushes are vibrant and fun.
There are 3 brushes in the set that are made with 100% synthetic fibers:
Flat Painter Brush – used for eyeshadow application on the lids
Fluffy Blender Brush – used for blending your eyeshadows
Flat Tight Liner Brush – used to apply eyeshadow to your lash lines
Lorac – Pro Liquid Lipstick in Black Cherry
This liquid lipstick screams Fall and Winter. It goes on very smoothly and dries instantly matte and does feel weightless on the lips.
The only concern about this is that because it dried extremely fast it may also make your lips feel drier a lot quicker.
The deep wine swatch is pretty true to color to how it looks in the tube.
The color definitely packs pigment though and would be great for wintry, dramatic looks.

Butter London – Stroke of Wow Roll On Liner
This liner is unlike anything I’ve seen before. It features a rolling mechanism at the tip where you literally roll your liquid eyeliner on your lids.
I celebrate the innovativeness of this design to help create fine strokes but didn’t find it to be very practical and precise. The good news is that this liner is super pigmented and will be great for creating bold eye looks.
