If you love a good makeup deal then you’ll be pleased to know that the Dose of Colors Lip It Up Satin Lipsticks are on sale for half the original price on Ulta.com.

These satin lipsticks from Dose of Colors Lip It Up Collection came out about a year ago but I never got them just because I wasn’t quite sold on the shape of the bullet and the fact that the lipstick doesn’t twist all the way down leaving some of it exposed.

That’s a mess about to happen especially with how clumsy I can be!

Unlike most bullet lipsticks, the shape of theirs is quite odd in a square angular kind of way that I think it’ll be something to get used to.

The prices have now been slashed in half from $17 to $8.50!

I know $8.50 can still be a lot but which would you rather pay? That’s what I thought!

I do like that they are a satin finish which I take as being creamy but not too glossy which will make great lipsticks for fall where you would prefer your lipsticks to have less of a matte finish as temperatures plummet.

They also have a good range of colors to choose from so I might just pick out a few to test them out.

I know that there were a lot of mixed reviews about these satin lipsticks that I didn’t know which way to go.

Now that they are on sale for half the price I won’t feel that bad if they don’t work out.
