If you were a Disney villain who would you be? Leave it up to Colourpop to make that one of the hardest decisions to ever make.
Colourpop is very famous when it comes to tapping into our inner child through the use of makeup. Their last Princess collection did super well that fans, including myself, were stoked when the news came out about the Villain Collection.
Of course the collection was a full set of eyeshadows, lix lipsticks, lip glosses, jelly much shadows and super shock highlighters.
Once we got a sneak peak at the collection we were literally more than will to throw our coins at Colourpop because it was fire! They just know how to hypnotize us to get the last penny out of us and that they did. I’m guilty as charged.
Of course my weakness is for lip products so I decided to get the entire set of Lux Lipsticks that included six villain lipsticks.
The lipstick boxes had fun neon prints of the each villain’s face
When it came to the actual lipstick packaging I was quite impressed by the intricate design and details of the tube that reflected the Disney theme.
As you can see, one of my lipsticks, Ursula, broke off before I could even use it. Seems like I was not the only one who experienced lipsticks from the collection that were just breaking off but hopefully this is something that they look into.
I knew I could’ve returned it but I’m just one of those people who would just rather not deal with the hassle of returns but if I continue to receive broken lipsticks I will for sure be returning them.
The Villain Lipsticks come in two different finishes of Matte and Creme. There are four mattes and two creme lipsticks.
