As the Fall days continue to get brisk and gloomy, sometimes it makes sense for us to match the mood of the day with our makeup but for many of us, a black lipstick might just be a bit too much and intimidating.
It might seem like a challenge to transition your collection season to season but it’s quite easier than you think. Many of us feel comfortable just sticking to our safe nude colors but breaking out the browns, burgundies and purples are a great way to make a statement.
Though the weather is one thing that is beyond our control, what we do have all power over is how we want our makeup to look…for the most part at least.
Here are six Fall Lipsticks that you can add to your collection.

I thought that there was no drugstore lipstick that could make me feel this way, but after trying these metallic lipsticks from NYX, I was like WHOA!
The power of the pigment in these lip creams had me shook.
Back in the day when my coins were scarce, they’re still scarce now but back then they were a lot more scarce, NYX was one of my favorite makeup brands but somehow I got into the hype of trying other brands and I slowly forgot about them.
Now that Fall is upon us, I’ve been gathering all my fall shades in my nail polishes and my lipsticks. I often find myself asking “What color lipstick should I wear?” For those of you who don’t know, I normally put an outfit together based on the lip color that I choose. Since we’re also around the corner from Halloween, I though that I could throw in some Fall/Halloween colors into my outfits without looking like a hot mess.
Lady Danger has a reddish orange tone to it that gives you that sexy look while making it perfect for the Fall/Halloween theme with the orange tint that you get from it. You can easily pair this with neutral colors so that your outfit and accessories are not competing with each other.
I also paired it with a beautiful orange red/orange shade nail polish from e.l.f. cosmetics called Mango Madness. This shade of nail polish is a great alternative from the usual black nail polish (not that black nail polish isn’t sexy) that we use for Halloween but it doesn’t hurt to change it up a little with some vibrancy.

It can be a pretty scary thought when it comes to buying makeup and lipstick only to realize that it wasn’t what you expected to be. Many of us don’t have confidence in cheaper brands just because they usually turn out to be a waste of money. Read More »
