If you guys follow me on Instagram you would know from my Instagram Stories that I had an absolutely wonderful time in the Caribbean but after spending countless hours under the sun it definitely took a toll on my skin.

Even though I took the proper steps to take care of my skin from the sun’s harmful rays like wearing a hat and putting sunscreen on, at the end of the day there is only so much that I can do.

With that said I still ended up getting sun burnt, not as much as my husband, but let’s just say neither of us escaped it. I also noticed a little heat rash on my face just before we left the Caribbean.
