Have you ever tried on a lip gloss that transformed your whole mood? Some lip glosses can just be meh, and that’s fine too especially if you just plan on being regular, but on days when you feel a little extra, that’s when you want to kick it up a notch with your makeup.
That’s when you want to have fun with your makeup. One of my favorite lip glosses right now is from Bellapierre Cosmetics. It is their Holographic lip gloss that makes me feel like a cosmic princess who was living it up in the galaxies. That might be a little extreme, I know, but that’s literally how I feel.
Their formula is packed with a smooth, iridescent goodness that locks in hydration as it graces my lips. It feels like a warm smooth hug around my lips and sparkles and shines whenever the light reflects off of it.
I originally found out about Bellapierre Cosmetics through my Lip Monthly subscription and have always been a huge fan of their cream lipsticks and holographic lip glosses.
I purchased their Holographic Lip Gloss Quad that contains four of their holographic lip glosses. They each have a different personality in their own unique way and they smell like a dessert buffet. Very yummy!
These also swatched very beautifully in the sunlight where you can really see the colors transform into something new and exciting every time.
As you can see from the image below the power of the iridescence really came through. The glitters also showed up to the party in a beautiful but subtle way.
Polaris
Polaris appears white in the tube but don’t let that fool you. Whenever you swatch this shade, it reveals a mermaid like yellow-green finish that is just captivating as the light catches it at different angles.
Pegasus
This shade definitely screams supernova vibes! The color explodes on your lips in shades of pink and purple with no sparkles left behind.
Vega
From the tube Vega looks peachy but when it is swatched it actually reveals some flirty pink colors that will catch you by surprise. And I definitely live for the surprises!
Jupiter
This is a shade that I have owned previously and what prompted me to invest in other colors. Jupiter is a gorgeous orange-like tangerine shade that I wear way too often. Good thing I have more colors in my collection.
There are some slight gold tones in there that make me look like an Egyptian goddess mixed with a little prismatic attitude.
These lip glosses are comfortable, fun and attention grabbing. You also never know what color is going to reflect from them which definitely keeps it interesting.
Ooh Pegasus and Jupiter are amazing ! Thats really cool that it comes in a set of four . Have you tried layering them over other lipsticks ?
Yep. You have the option to layer over lipsticks, but I don’t do that a lot just because I find them super pigmented on their own.
