One of the things that I enjoy about mini lipsticks is that they make it super easy to travel with. The Becca Party Popper Ultimate Lipstick Love Mini Kit is a fun little set to treat yourself or a makeup lover.
The set comes a gold candy wrapper package with three beautiful shades.
The first thing I realized when trying out these mini lipsticks is that the formula remained the same as the full size lipsticks, as it should. It’s creamy, plush and pigmented.
What I also love about the set is that it contains a good variety of shades ranging from nudes, to plums and reds.
The shades are also not very loud and over the top. They are great every day shades that you can wear from the office to happy hour.
Though they are a matte finish they, do not leave your lips feeling super dry. For that reason, you will also find that they are not very long lasting.
I did find that they held up for about two to three hours on average with eating and drinking and then you will have to reapply.
This does not bother me however, because I prefer a more moisturizing lipstick in the dry winter months rather than a long lasting matte finish.
I would definitely recommend this set especially if you’re looking to try out Becca lipsticks. If you like them then you can always purchase a full size shade so that it lasts you a lot longer.
