Since the crazy holidays are over I can finally get back to my monthly subscriptions which includes the Sephora Play box.

December’s box was a celebration of all the best in beauty for Sephora Play! for the year 2018 and all the products that the Play by Sephora subscribers were liking.
The theme for the December 2019 Play! box is
“Cheers to Beauty”
One of the biggest things that they revealed for the 2019 year is that everyone can now use their Play! Pass online which is amazing. Normally they were only allowed to be used in stores so now it’s more convenient than ever to redeem your Play! pass.
The card included some fun facts like how there were 3,244,000 lipsticks that were shipped and that Chicago Illinois was that city that received the most boxes. I thought that was pretty cool that they tracked all that info.

Too Faced Primed and Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer
I’m not a huge fan of matte primers because I suffer from dry skin so using anything matte based on my skin wouldn’t do me any good. I do enjoy the Too Faced Hangover Rx Primer though since that one is more moisturizing.
It does smell very lovely, indeed like peaches, and would work best on someone looking for more oil control.
Trestique Lip Glaze in Paris Pink
I love adding lip balms to my collection because believe it or not those I what I reach for more than anything else when my lips are in need of some quick moisture.
This lip balm offers a subtle color while hydrating your lips. What I love about tinted lip balms is that it eliminates the need for lipstick and just simplifies everything for you.
There is no scent to it and feels very comfortable on the lips.
BELIF The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb
A good moisturizer is a necessity and beauty essential especially in the drying winter months. I received the BELIF True Cream Aqua Bomb in my June 2018 Sephora Play box and I fell in love with how hydrating it was that I ordered a full size product.
The BELIF moisturizing bomb is hands down my favorite moisturizer to wear under makeup and before I go to bed at night.
Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner in Nothin’ But Nude
Lip Liners, especially the pencil ones, can sometimes be very rough on the lips when applying causing more damage than anything else. What I love about this retractable lip liner is that it is soft and creamy and easily defines your lips and get it ready for lipstick.
The nude color makes it easy to blend with most shade lipstick which I love.
Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover
We all love to pack on the eyeshadows when creating a glam eye look but let’s be real, we all fear the time when it comes to removing heavy eye makeup.
I’ve always been a hug fan of the Clinique Take the Day off but this one from Lancome is a fair contender. It does a very good job of removing layers of glitter from your eyes and whatever else is packed on there.
What is also great about this product is that it is perfect those with skin sensitivity issues. It removes your makeup and has your face feeling clean and not dry and stripped.

Sephora Gel Gloss Ultra Brilliant Ultra Shine Lip Gel in Perfect Nude
I thought that we were going to receive a perfume sample as the Bonus item like we usually do but it was a sweet surprise to see that it was actually a gloss this time around.
This is a gorgeous nude gloss that has a subtle sweet smelling scent and a sheer finish.
I tend to wear glosses frequently in the winter months just because mattes don’t really make sense in winter so this is something that will be used up immediately.
The nude color makes it a shade that will be universally flattering on all skin tones. I like that it can be worn alone or as a topper on a matte lipstick.
