I’ve been living for lip glosses lately and if there’s any makeup brand that I would give all my coins to it would definitely be e.l.f. because I know I’m still gonna get some change back.
Lip Glosses are a very low maintenance way to look pull together and they also come in very handy in the dry fall and winter months.
These high color shine lip glosses from e.l.f. Cosmetics seem to be a cult favorite and I’ve got swatches.
The packaging is a very sleek, minimalist type of design with a clear tube and white cover.
Amount of Product – 0.08 fl.oz.
Cost – ($1-$2)
Shades: Clear, Bold Pink, Burgundy
These lip glosses definitely have a high color pay off for the price and sit comfortably on the lips without that gooey, tacky feeling.
e.l.f. Lip Lacquer Clear
A clear lip gloss always makes for a great lip topper on top of another lipstick or just to wear on it’s own for that added shine.
e.l.f. Lip Lacquer Bold Pink
This hot pink definitely gives a high shine when the light bounces off of it. It’s noticeably very pigmented at well.
e.l.f. Lip Lacquer Burgundy
This shade also gives off that high shine look, it just wasn’t as pigmented as Bold Pink after one swatch. You do need a couple layers so it doesn’t look streaky.
This shade definitely makes a great fall lip gloss if you want to take a break from wearing too many liquid lipsticks.
The only thing is that the staying power on these, like most lip glosses, isn’t very long. The Wet Look Lip Glosses from Essence have a bit more wear time than these but still very affordable.
If you’re looking for something a lot more long lasting then it would be better to go with a lip stain like that from Essence as well, and still be within budget, if you’re not looking to re-apply your gloss often.
Pros:
- Moisture Rich
- Pigmented
- Great for Layering
- Comfortable wear
- Non-Sticky
- Budget Friendly
Cons:
- Short wear time

My programmer is trying to convince me to move to
.net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and am
worried about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent
things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress
posts into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
