For the Ulta 21 days of Beauty Sale I was hoping to try one of Kylie’s Lip Kits since they were 50% off and it totally slipped my mind. I may have gotten the dates mixed up or something but long story short, I didn’t get it. I know!, first world problems!

It’s not that I’m totally bummed about missing out because honestly I have no fear of missing out, most of the time, but I was interested in trying the Kylie Cosmetics Bare Velvet Lip Kit but looks like that’s not gonna be happening. Oh well!

The Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits have grown to be popular mainly because she does a hell of a job marketing them, plus if you already have the Jenner-Kardashian last name then you probably don’t need to market anything at all.

I have tried the Kylie Cosmetics liquid lip formula before from her Hello 21 Collection and found the formula to be very comfortable and long lasting. I know that recently there has been mixed reviews on her liquid lips and wanted to test and try them again so see if my opinion would change on the formula but it’s hard for me to drop $27 on the lip kit. I think the Bare Velvet Kit is a beautiful pinky nude color that I think looks very flattering for an everyday look.

I guess I would just have to wait and see if the Bare Velvet Lip Kit will go on sale but for now I would just stick with dupes that I’m sure I could find at the drugstore or Colourpop.
